One On One Care is a Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) certified Home Care Agency. As a DMAS certified agency, you can rest assured in knowing that we operate under the strict guidelines and regulations of DMAS. This means that you and/or your loved one will receive the quality of service which you deserve.

One On One Care has been providing Nurses Assistants, Home Health Aides and Companions for in-home care since 1998. We provide trained, insured and bonded caregivers for a variety of care giving needs. Whether it's for extra assistance after a stay in a hospital, an aging parent who needs extra help, or companionship to remain in the home, or as respite fore a family member caring for a loved one, One On One Care can help.

• Applying Ointments and Topical Medications

We are a participating Medicaid provider and are proud of our strong working relationships with select hospitals, long term care programs, hospices, and home healthcare agencies. One On One Care is a Preferred Provider for most insurance plans and we will accept assignment. Staff is available 24/7 to handle any needs that may arise.
